The First Choice Stucco team serves the Greater Vancouver Area, Fraser Valley & the Sea To Sky Corridor. We have specialized in residential & commercial stucco for over 30+ years. We do all sorts of stucco including acrylic, smooth stucco, rock dash, regular dash, flat dash, and slop dash as well as installment of exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) / Rigid Foam Insulation. We also focus on all types of stucco projects including new construction and repair of either residential or commercial structures. The Stucco Process

To begin, we first apply the appropriate exterior sheathing, then comes the rain-screen system, & lastly the lath (wiring). The stucco is then applied using 2 cement coats & then the finish coat.

On a multifamily building, the most common system used is EIFS,

EPS Insulation

Mesh/Wiring

Cement Coats

Lastly the Finish Coat.
